2024 Strava Stats

These are the stats as measured by Strava only so the handful of short runs that I did and the Wednesday and Sunday walks.

76 activities over the year isn't great and is the first statistic I'm going to work on as I could potentially address that in just the first half of 2025.

The distance being up on last year makes sense as we increased the distance of our weekly walks.

It's no surprise that walking is the main exercise.

Since I'm working from home almost entirely now I get very little exercise from work activity so I do need to step up my Strava game.
