Donating Plasma

Donating plasma this week counts as my 10th donation blood/plasma. While I donated a great deal more than this was before the computerised systems and it seems that after a break of a few years the old data wasn't transferred over. Plasma can be donated every two weeks, I am trying to donate at least once per month.

There are currently three donation centres in the UK all of which offer some weekend appointments too.

In the UK you are not paid to donate plasma. Until the plasma donor service was recently restarted the NHS were having to buy plasma from other countries.
