Is That It For 2025?

I bought a bike... hmm, when did I buy the bike? I was going to say four or five years ago but that puts it around COVID time and I know I had it before then. Doing my typical means of research I checked my photos and the earliest picture I appear to have of the bike is from 2013, this bike is over ten years old!

Since 2013 I doubt the distance ridden on the bike has gotten much into the 100s of miles.

I was clearing out the shed in 2024 and was considering throwing the bike away, it needing "too much work". I ran a cloth over it, oiled some bits hat weren't moving or were squeaky and, well it cleaned up quite nice.

I pumped up the tires and promised to use the bike more often.

A year later the tires are still pumped up, the cobwebs need clearing again but I registered my first ride on Strava on the bike last Sunday.
