Nobody Wanted To Say Good Morning!

Been struggling with dog walks during this hot weather.

We absolutely cannot go out during the day, the temperature is still a little high into the evening, the best option is to go walking around 6:30am.

This morning, half way around my walking ciruit, I looked down to see blood all over my t-shirt.

Nose bleed but with no tissues to stem the bleeding the best I could do was just pinch my nose.
