The Flooded Car Park

Do not adjust your set, this was just a partial panorama, I wasn't going to stand there taking multiple pictures as my feet got wet!

The new code doesn't work properly with partial photospheres, I'll need to resize this image to stop the strange "pinching".

This picture was taken 24th December 2013.

The building by the side of the river is a power sub station. Needless to say the area, along with much of Surrey, was without power.
