• Cat feed status "Has anyone fed the cats?"
• Calendar reminders
• Technical answers
• Interaction with Alexa and Google
• Shopping lists
• Meal Planner
• Random meal suggestion
• e-ink display

That's a lot of ideas, some may manifest, some may not, this is but the beginning.
