Regular Exercise

After a very busy three days this was a welcome walk by the river. #riverwey

Over lockdown I was in the office a lot, working to keep the systems running that allowed the staff to work from home. For many people the only time they were allowed to leave their homes was for daily exercise. Thankfully we lived in a beautiful area for daily walks and/or runs.
