No One Would Have Believed...

The War Of The Worlds Immersive experience is fantastic. Having previously visited the Gunpower Plot experience I had high hopes for this, also run by Layered Reality. As I expected, very similar format but very different event.

The story follows the classic H.G.Wells story with the music from Jeff Wayne. Those of you who have listened to the albums over and over will at points, be able to quote along with the cast.

A mixture of three VR experiences, multiple projection experiences, some fantastic audio and very convincing cast you are taken to 19th century England for around two hours.

As Lance and I have regularly walked the area that Wells based his story on it was a bonus to hear local points of interest included in the story.

The venue is in the heart of the city of London, the financial district, surrounded by the famous glass towers as well as being a short walk from Leadenhall Market, The Tower Of London, Tower Bridge and the life blood of London itself, the River Thames.
