The Wanderer Returned

I came down this morning just after 5am. We'd left the back door open all night but Bella was not on the sofas nor on the chair. As I started to go out to see if she was in the garden I heard the clatter of claws on flooring, she'd been sleeping on the blankets in the corner of the room.

I know that cats have a mind of their own and can sometimes disappear for days but as Bella has always stayed in her own little house having her missing for a day was long enough.
